Financing & Insurance

We accept most dental insurance programs. Please call our office if you are in doubt and we will be happy to check your insurance benefits for you. As a courtesy to our patients, we accept assignment of benefits from your insurance carrier and file your insurance claim for you, leaving only your estimated portion for collection at the time of your visit. It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality dental care. Whether you have insurance or not, we treat all patients the same. Your insurance policy is a contract between you (the insured) and your insurance company (the insurer). On average, dental insurance maximum coverage is around $1500. This maximum benefit for dental insurance has not changed in the last 40 years. Our treatment recommendations are not determined by your insurance coverage but we will work to help you maximize your benefits.

Non-Insured Patients

If you don’t have the help of an insurance company to pay for your dental services, we offer a first time reduced fee of $129 for an initial preventative hygiene visit. We also have developed our own in-house no upfront fee membership plan to offer you. On our plan, there is no yearly maximum, no deductibles, no waiting periods.

Insured Patients

We are preferred providers with several PPO plans. If you have dental insurance, please bring your plan information with you to your first visit. While it is your responsibility to understand and be aware of your contract and coverage with your insurance carrier, we will make every effort to answer your questions regarding your insurance benefits.

Payment Methods:

We Accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Personal Checks

Financing:

For patients with larger treatment needs, we’ll work hard to find a way to finance your treatment in a manner that’s comfortable and feasible for you and your family. Ask us about our payment plan options!

Fees

We inform you of all fees for your proposed treatment in advance of the procedure. It is our goal for you to completely understand your dental needs, options, and financial obligations prior to any treatment.
